How to Get in
shape quickly, get motivated and have fun in the
same time?
The BootCamp Workout: A Total Body Workout
How
it works: This
is a group of 5-10 people working out together with a
coach.
The workout is done outdoor (for more
oxygen intake), on the field, with no or minimum
equipment. Each workout is designed to get the best
metabolic impact on your body according to your present
level. The duration is about 45 minutes to 1
hour.
The
exercises: you’ll
train in a natural way for a total body workout: you’ll
use your own bodyweight in many exercises, along with
running, sprinting, walking and/or shadow
boxing.
You’ll improve muscular endurance and
strength, cardiovascular training and flexibility in the
same time.
The workout
includes:
- Warmup
- Combined
exercises for upper body, lower body and core (abs)..
Intensity will vary according to your level alternating
effort and recuperation.
- Active
recovery, deep breathing exercises for faster recovery
and energy.

different levels:
- Starters: this group is perfect if
you are not in shape yet and want to start easy. Just be
consistent and you’ll be able soon to get in to the next
level.
- Future Warriors: this is the
intermediate level. You are maybe not in a perfect shape
but you train already for fitness. You’ll improve your
overall conditioning without pushing to the limits, but
expect some challenges.
- Warriors: this is an advanced level;
you need to be in a pretty good shape and ready to push
to new limits. You’ll need to kick yourself but you’ll
get a competitive conditioning. The challenge can be both
physical and mental.
